NACHA (North America Chhattisgarh Association / NRI Association of Chhattisgarh) recently organized more than 20 events worldwide to celebrate Chhattisgarh Foundation Day and Diwali. Headquartered in Chicago, USA, NACHA has expanded its reach to 19 countries, playing a vital role in connecting and supporting thousands of Chhattisgarhi NRIs globally.
These events provided a platform to highlight the rich culture of Chhattisgarh and the significance of Diwali. Over 50 children participated in various local events, showcasing their talents and creativity.
The celebrations were held in major cities across the United States, including Chicago, California, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Seattle, Arizona, Michigan, and Florida, as well as in international locations like Australia, London, and Dubai.
The NACHA Texas chapter partnered with the Consulate General of India in Houston to host a special event at the Indian Embassy, focusing on Chhattisgarh’s heritage and fostering stronger community ties. Similarly, the NACHA London chapter collaborated with the Indian High Commission to mark the occasion in a meaningful way.
Through these global celebrations, NACHA continues to connect Chhattisgarhi NRI families while promoting cultural awareness and unity. NACHA expressed its gratitude to all national and chapter executives for their efforts in organizing these successful events.
